Meet the trainers
Malik is a multifaceted Certified Personal Trainer through the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) and the International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA). Malik specializes in weight loss/fat depletion, strength and conditioning, and general fitness. His weekly “Lunchtime/Crunchtime" class focuses on strength and cardio. He believes that every client is different and readily adapts the individual’s workouts to their current fitness level. Malik’s personal health motto is: “I’m not training you, I’m introducing a lifestyle to you." Malik’s favorite song to get pumped for a morning workout is Hello Good Morning by Diddy Dirty Money. Favorite post-workout snack: the tried and true protein shake.
